Call Center Representative- Semi Remote

Mon-Fri between the hours of 8:
00 AM and 8:
00 PM.
Saturday availability is required (2 times a month) Pay:
$15/hour Duration:
Temp-Perm Our client located in North Attleboro, MA is looking for motivated Customer Representatives to join their team! Once the Customer Representatives are trained (2 weeks in house) they will work from home.
Then they rotate back into the office about 1 week per month to train them on any new software, new scripts, etc.
Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Follow an inbound sales script Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage potential customers Keep records of all conversations using our call center software Will consist of a mix between remote and in office work.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Laptop or Desktop computer for remote work Ability to connect your computer to your modem through use of an ethernet cable (remote work) Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to type 40 to 50 WPM If you are interested, please email your resume to TABR568@kellyservices.
